"Share" means 1 share in any of our Syndicates. The maximum number of shares that are available per syndicate is 25.

"Monthly fee" means a set amount, as per each syndicate, Investors will pay each month towards player's salary until player's 1st transfer is complete. One month will be deemed to be one calendar month. An annual upfront payment is required (per each share) if bought from 8-25 shares.

Failure to pay monthly fees: In the event of Investors failing to pay monthly fees that become payable within one week after being duly served with a written notice demanding payment, Syndicate102 Ltd shall cause the defaulting Investor's share(s) to be de-registered and such shareholding shall then be offered for sale to other Syndicate Investors for the first 28 days after which it will be then offered to everyone else via www.syndicate102.com

Upfront payment: If an annual upfront payment option is taken, the 30 day notice period to cancel a share is not valid. If you choose to cancel your share(s) before the upfront 12 month monthly fees are paid into Syndicate102's account, please note there will be no refund on the share price.

Discounts: Syndicate102 Ltd occasionally offers discounts on the share price. Subject to the number of shares purchased in one or more syndicates. Refer to our website for the latest offers and discounts.

Profits: All profits received by Syndicate102 Ltd shall be distributed to the investors pro-rata to the number of shares held by each of them provided that Syndicate102 Ltd may set off against any Investor's entitlement to any amounts then outstanding by that Investor on account of monthly fees. Syndicate102 Ltd will charge 15% of all syndicate earnings.

Cancelation of shares: To cancel a share, one month's notice must be given in writing (by recorded delivery or email). This notice must be confirmed by Syndicate102 Ltd.

Other legal: Any shareholder found or thought to be recruiting or starting their own syndicate or recruiting or inciting Syndicate102 Ltd shareholders to join alternative syndicates will have their shareholdings cancelled and no refunds made. This may also result in legal action being taken.

Termination: A syndicate shall be terminated after a player has completed his 2 transfers or has withdrawn from football or has died. Investor may sell his or her interest in this venture at any time under the following conditions:

1. Give 30 days notice to Syndicate102 Ltd ( by email and/or recorded delivery)
2. Give the right of first refusal to all other Syndicate Investors and allow 28 days for them to either accept or reject, unless all Investors within a Syndicate will reject the offer during the 28 day period.
3. If after the first 28 days no Investor within this Syndicate accepted the offer or purchased some of the shares and some or all shares remain on sale, Syndicate102 Ltd will put Investor's shares on sale via its website www.syndicate102.com
4. During this period the Investor is encouraged to promote his or her shares sale amongst personal contacts and direct them to Syndicate102 Ltd
5. Syndicate102 Ltd will charge 15% of the premium/profit made on each share resold

Injury: If the player gets injured/sick each shareholder will continue to pay monthly fees to cover the sick period.
